~DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS~

To create a luxury hair atmosphere, clients are not double booked, overlapped, or staggered. The goal is to have only 1 client being serviced at a time. Lateness hinders this effort. Please contact us if you believe you will be more than 15 minutes late.

Cancellations must be done within 24 hours of your appointment. Any non cancelled or no show sessions will result in a non transferable deposit.

~Coloring of Hair Bundles~

To ensure the highest level of quality and consistency, we do not color bundles provided by outside vendors.
All custom coloring services are reserved for hair sourced through our salon (with the exception of black and dark brown). This policy helps maintain the integrity of your final look and allows us to guarantee the best possible results.

~Sunday Press~

DURING "SUNDAY PRESS" OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE AN EXPRESS ROTATION (IN AND OUT SESSIONS). WITH THAT IN MIND WE WILL BE PROVIDING SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER, BLOW DRY, AND PRESS (CURLS ARE OPTIONAL). ALL ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND OR ADD ONS MUST BE SCHEDULED FOR REGULAR SCHEDULING DAYS. THERE WILL BE NO ADD ON OPTIONS OR EXTENSION SERVICES DURING "SUNDAY PRESS".
