To provide you with a seamless hair experience and to prevent automated spam, all online bookings require a $25 non-refundable deposit that will go toward the cost of your service. A certain circumstances may allow a reschedule of appointment.

To create a luxury hair atmosphere, clients are not double booked, overlapped, or staggered.  The goal is to have only 1 client being serviced at a time. Lateness hinders this effort. Please contact me if you believe you will be more than 15 minutes late. Unfortunately, the schedule will dictate if your appointment will need to be rescheduled or if your service will need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time left in your appointment.

"Natasha Denise" Extensions are known to be of the highest hair quality. We only retail Raw Extensions. Our Raw Hair is available in natural hair textures, such as Natural Curly and Natural Wavy. Extensions are long lasting, lustrous, full, and chemical free.  Our goal to ensure each customer is fully satisfied with the purchase. Please contact us if there are any concerns.

Shampoo: Gently brush hair extensions from ends to weft using a light shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend the application of a leave in conditionerbefore drying. 

Drying: It is recommended that all extensions are air dried. Blowing dryers and hooded dryers should be used with caution as heat may damage the hair. Please consult a hair professional with questions.

Styling: Use heat protectant to help prevent heat damage. Avoid heavy oils and excessiveproducts. Please consult a hair professional with questions. 

Sleeping: Wrap hair using a silk or satin scarf or bonnet before bed. 

Shedding: Our extensions have minimum to no shedding. 

Upon Arrival: Your hair extensions arrive shampooed, treated, and ready to wear.

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Please allow up to7-10 business days processing and shipping. Due to Covid shipping times been off schedule. Our goal is to always ship as soon as possible. Please contact us about any expedited shipping options and pricing.

Given the hygienic precautions needed for extensions, we are unable to accept returns thus all sales are final.
